Terms for Agencies

1. Who is accountable for the data

When an agency uses Tedolo with its travelers, the agency is the controller of that data and Nexu HR Inc. acts as its processor: it processes the data only on the agency’s instructions and to provide the service.

2. The agency’s obligations

The agency obtains its travelers’ authorization to process their data (we can provide the text and the flow inside the app), uploads only the data that is needed and keeps its team’s accounts secure.

3. Our obligations

We apply security measures (encryption, access limited to each trip and an audit log), work with sub-processors under contract, notify the agency of any incident without delay and delete or return the data when the contract ends.
